Procedure :-程序（A-M100燃料油）

• 1.Buyer /Buyer Mandate issues B.C.L (Bank Confirm Letter ).
• 2.Buyer /Buyer Mandate issues and send LOI.
• 3.Seller /Seller Mandate issues and send FCO.
• 4.Buyer issues ICPO with full banking details & MFPA.
• 5.Seller and Buyer sign Seal and exchange Soft Contract.
• 6.Seller sends the POP to the Buyer’s Bank.
• 7.Seller and Buyer sign seal and exchange by courier hard copies of the Contract.
• 8.Buyer issues the DLC.
• 9.Seller provide 2% P.B
• 10.Shipment Commences as scheduled.
